These Coppens 4.5mm pellets are a nice, all-round feed for carp, bream, tench, barbel and most other coarse fish. They’re simple, steady pellets for fish that give a good mix of protein and energy without being too oily. If you already use standard fish pellets or mixed fish food pellets, these fit in easily.

They’ve got around 30% protein with a low to moderate oil level, so they’re easy for fish to digest and don’t overload the water. It keeps fish in good condition through the year and helps them grow at a sensible, healthy rate. The breakdown is steady, not too fast, not too slow, so you’re not wasting feed or clouding up the water.

The 4.5mm size is handy for mixed ponds where you’ve got fish of different sizes feeding together. Small enough for the smaller fish, but still enough for bigger fish to take comfortably.
